The holiday countdown begins! Just 10 days until Christmas Day of 2020. You may still be purchasing and wrapping gifts. Or, maybe you’re finished. You might be baking, and you might be creating and sending holiday cards.
And, you might receive a last-minute invitation. Or need a last-minute quick gift. Wine, liqueurs, and sparkling water make great host or spur-of-the-moment gifts. A quick and easy wine bottle tag spruces up the gift. Stampin’ Up!’s coordinating products make this quick, fun, and festive.
Basic card stock color of your choosing: 8 inches x 3 1/4 inches, scored at 2 1/4 inches on the horizontal side.
A piece of coordinating Designer Series paper cut at 5 x 3 inches. I used Heartwarming Hugs for the tag on the left and Brightly Gleaming Specialty Designer Series Paper for the tag on the right.
1 /2 inch circle punch to create the hole for hanging.
Detailed Trio punch for rounding the edges.
Perfectly Plaid stamp set and coordinating Pine Tree Punch (left) and Christmas Gleaming and Gleaming Ornaments Punch Pack (right).
Please note: Many of the products in the August-December 2020 Mini Catalog retire. Stampin’ Up! announced a Year-End Closeout Sale last week. Check the list which includes some products up to 50 percent off. But supplies are limited, so some availability may be limited.

Snowman Season Gift Duo
Stampin’ Up’s catalogs feature a great variety of stamps, dies, punches, ribbons, and Designer Series Paper to create your handmade holiday. I can’t choose a favorite — too many to list! But I do appreciate the sets with coordinating punches. The Snowman Season photopolymer set and the coordinating Snowman Builder Punch make crafting easy and fun. (I love that the punch includes segments for hat and stick arms!)
This card uses Night of Navy card stock and the Snowflake Splendor Designer Series Paper. (I based this card off of a sketch our team is using for a challenge this month.)
Have you seen Stampin’ Up!’s White Mini Pizza Boxes in the catalog? Find them on page 152. You receive eight boxes for $6. I think they’re perfect for gift giving. Easy to decorate and versatile, the boxes can hold cookies, gift cards, wrapped candies, 3 x 3 note cards, tags, jewelry and more.

Just this last Friday, my husband, Pat, worked his last day! He retired after a twenty-six-year career at State Farm. That career took us many places. From Detroit Lakes, Minnesota, to Thief River Falls, Minnesota, to Woodbury, Minnesota, to Lincoln, Nebraska, and finally to Mesa, Arizona. Through our travels, we met a host of awesome people we call friends. State Farm treated us well. We’re glad to have had the opportunity to work for them.
We’ve been celebrating all weekend. As a stamper, I had to create my own card to congratulate him! There’s no going to the store to purchase one. Both of us love the beach and the ocean. I created a dream vacation scene with Stampin’ Up!’s Waterfront stamp set. It offers a host of images to craft a variety of nature scenes.
I also used the Seabed 3D Embossing Folder and the colors of Night of Navy and Mango Melody. The sentiment comes from the Itty Bitty Greetings stamp set. It was punched with Stampin’ Up!’s Classic Label Punch.
It’s been fun for Pat as he hears from people he’s met throughout his career. He appreciates everyone wishing him well. For the time being, we plan to stay in Mesa, Arizona, and use our home as a base to travel. We look forward to spending time together trying new restaurants and seeing new places.
A few of my crafty friends have sent handmade congratulations cards. I share them below.
Thanks for stopping by today. See the list below for the ingredients I used to create the top card.
