Joy to you Flip Fun Fold
Today, my card features a flip fun fold using two stamp sets from Stampin’ Up!’s September-December 2023 Mini Catalog: Joy to You and Beary Cute.
Here are some of the card details.
Cherry Cobbler cardstock measuring 5 1/2 x 6 1/2, scored at 2 1/4 and one piece measuring 2 3/4 x 4 1/4 (scored at 3 3/4)
A Walk in the Forest Designer Series Paper: 1 piece measuring 5 1/4 x 2 and 1 piece measuring 5 1/4 x 1/2
Basic White: 1 piece measuring 5 1/4 x 4 and 1 piece measuring 3 1/2 x 2 1/2
Garden Green Ribbon
Festive Pearls (Cherry Cobbler)
In addition to the flip fun fold, this card features the marker-to-stamp technique. Be sure to watch the video below to see how I used Stampin’ Write Markers to apply the color to the stamp. This technique allows me to be creative and use different colors for my image.
Here’s a look at the inside of the card.

I tried something a little different with the leaf design from the Abundant Beauty Decorative Mask collection. Be sure to watch the video below to see step-by-step instructions for creating this card. It’s a new-to-me heat embossing technique.
Cherry Cobbler card stock measuring 5 1/4 x 1 13/4 lightly taped to the back of the leaf design mask. (Rub card stock with embossing buddy before taping.)
Liberally apply Versamark ink on top of mask, ensuring you have good ink coverage.
Remove card stock from mask. Cover with gold embossing folder, tapping off the excess.
Heat with heat tool, heating all surfaces.
Add to a piece of Very Vanilla card stock measuring 5 1/4 x 4 embossed with a folder from the Basics 3D Embossing Folders. Add a strip (1/4 x 5 1/4) of Gold Foil adjacent to the embossed piece.
On a Very Vanilla square die cut with the largest square from the Stylish Shapes Dies, stamp the leaf image from Cheers to the Season in Cherry Cobbler ink.
Pop up on card front with dimensionals.
Add gold Simply Elegant Trim and gold sequins from the Neutrals Adhesive-Backed Sequins.
Card base is Cherry Cobbler cut a 8 1/2 x 5 1/2 scored at 4 1/4
I think this is a super fun heat embossing technique that adds a lot to the card. It also give you another way to use the decorative mask. I look forward to trying it with the snowflake mask in that collection.

This card uses Stampin’ Up!’s Pick of the Patch Bundle and the Them Bones 12 x 12 Designer Series Paper.
Pick of the Patch Halloween Card
Here are some basic instructions to get you started:
Gray Granite – 11” x 4 ¼” scored and folded at 5 1/2
Basic Black — 5 1/4 x 4
Them Bones 12 x 12 Designer Series Paper (two designs as pictured above) 2” x 4 ¾”
Instructions:
Emboss the piece of the 5 ¼” x 4” Basic Black cardstock with the Distressed Tile 3D Embossing Folder. Add to Gray Granite card front.
Glue the two strips of DSP to card front, as shown above.
Die cut a piece of Pumpkin Pie cardstock with a circle with the third largest Stylish Shapes Dies.
Punch a piece of Gray Granite cardstock with the 2 3/8” Circle Punch. Emboss with Distressed Tile 3D Embossing Folder. Layer the circles.
Stamp the pumpkin with Pumpkin Pie ink and the stem with Old Olive ink. Punch with Pick of the Patch Builder Punch. Add the Happy Halloween sentiment with memento ink.
Add pumpkin to circles with dimensionals.
Place on card front in lower right-hand corner.
Add three black Adhesive-Backed gems to card.
Here’s another card created using this same layout. This one uses the Heartfelt Hexagon Bundle, a sneak peek from an upcoming Stampin’ Up! catalog.
This next card uses Stampin’ Up!’s Inked & Tiled stamp set and Inked Botanicals 6 x 6 Designer Series Paper.

Do you ever get card ideas in your head and they just have to come out? That describes me with today’s card. I thought it would be really fun to use Stampin’ Up!’s Trucking Along stamp set in conjunction with the Pick of the Patch Bundle. My vision saw a big pumpkin riding in the back of the truck. Isn’t it fun?
A quick note about the Trucking Along Bundle. The stamp set is available as an Online Exclusive (meaning you’ll find it on Stampin’ Up!’s online store). The Trucking Along Builder Punch is slated to be available October 9, 2023. But, from my video below, see how easy it is to cut the truck by hand.
