I’m back with more Christmas in July inspiration with Stampin’ Up!’s Regal Reindeer Stamp Set and coordinating Reindeer Dies. Find these in Stampin’ Up!’s 2023-2024 Annual Catalog.
This card follows the same basic layout as the cards included in a past post. See them here. In fact, this layout is so versatile and works for any number of stamp sets, sentiments and Designer Series Paper. See another example here.
For this Christmas card, I use the standalone reindeer die instead of the Christmas trees.

Can you believe it’s already time for Christmas in July? The summer heat of Arizona has pushed me inside. I’m “hibernating” and crafting. No better time than to start on Christmas card creations.
I use the same layout for each card, but I change the color combination. Which of the colors do you like best? I used the smaller tree die from the set to die cut images from the gorgeous Soft Shimmer 12 x 12 Combo Package. The colors include: Berry Burst, Bubble Bath, Lost Lagoon, Night of Navy, and Pretty Peacock.

If you’re like me, you love Stampin’ Up!’s coordination. Not only the color coordination, but also how the stamp sets and dies and stamp sets and punches work so well together.
That’s why the Layering Leaves stamp set and Bough Punch appeal to me. They complement each other, and make crafting not only easy, but successful.
Layering Leaves Card Samples
In today’s post, I share handmade greeting card samples using the Layering Leaves stamp set and Bough Punch. The card featured at the top of the post uses the coordinating colors of Melon Mambo, Crushed Curry, and Night of Navy with Crumb Cake. Circle Sayings Fourth of July
When you’re a card maker, you don’t need a reason to get into your craft room and make a card. But when there’s a holiday, any holiday, us creators get into gear. And we even send cards to celebrate the Fourth of July. I found it fun to try to make an Independence Day card with the supplies I have on hand.
For this patriotic card, I grabbed a variety of current Stampin’ Up! products, including:
Night of Navy Base: 7 1/2″ x 5 1/2″, scored at 3 1/2″
Night of Navy Cardstock (front): 3″ x 5 1/4″ and (inside) 5 1/4″ x 1/2″
Sweet Sorbet Designer Series Paper (6 x 6 Paper Pack): 2 3/4″ x 5″ (front) and 1″ x 5 1/4″ (inside)
Basic White Cardstock: 5 1/4″ x 4″
See other summer- and patriotic-themed cards by following the list at the end of this post. Remember to visit all of the blogs and leave a comment to have a chance to win a Confetti Birthday Card Kit.

I love their versatility: Decorate and embellish any way you want and fill with any variety of small gifts.
In Color Treat Bag Ideas
In today’s post and related video (Facebook Live replay), I offer several ideas for using these In Color Treat Bags in different ways.
The first photo at the top of this post shows a Moody Mauve bag accented with current Stampin’ Up! product that includes:
Circle Sayings Bundle
Moody Mauve and Bubble Bath Classic Stampin’ Ink Pads
Subtles 6 x 6 Designer Series Paper
Nested Essentials Dies
Stylish Shapes Dies
2023-2025 In Color Jute
In Color Dots
I created a variety of these bags as a gift for those attending a recent event. The bags hold three of Stampin’ Up!’s notecards and envelopes.
Give the bag a little fold, add a belly band, and you create a fun pouch. I added some Stampin’ Dimensionals for a little gift as well as a sweet treat in the bag below.
Some of the Stampin’ Up! products used, in addition to the treat bags, include:
Crafting with You Stamp Set
Countryside Corners Dies
Fresh Freesia and Orchid Oasis Classic Stampin’ Ink Pads
Orchid Oasis Baker’s Twine
