Hello Stampers!
Welcome to Team Stamp It’s November Blog Hope where we’re featuring Christmas- and holiday-themed cards and projects. Be sure to visit all of the blogs on the hop. Leave a comment with the hashtag #tstampitcontest for a chance to win a card kit.
My project today features the Faux Silk Technique. I stamped the trees image from Stampin’ Up!’s Winter Woods stamp set with Night of Navy ink onto a piece of white tissue paper. I let it dry completely and then crumbled the tissue paper in my hand. I straightened it a bit (but not too much) and then adhered it to a piece of Whisper White card stock using a glue stick purchased at a dollar store.

I then framed the tree image with a Silver Foil die cut using the Stampin’ Up!’s Stitched Rectangles. The sentiment comes from the Christmas Gleaming stamp set. I also stamped the Birch background stamp with Night of Navy ink onto the Night of Navy card stock, just to add a little dimension.
Thanks for stopping by today. Please let me know if you have questions about this card or the Faux Silk Technique.
Again, visit all of the blogs on the hop. Congratulations to Janice Kincaid, last month’s winner.

Stampin’ Up! Harvest Hellos Bundle
Hello Stampers!
November is seen as the month of gratitude, giving thanks for those wonderful things in our lives. I’m thankful for the gift of Stampin’ Up!, being introduced to the craft about twenty-five years ago.
Stampin’ Up!’s Harvest Hellos Bundle has helped me create cards and small treat packaging to celebrate this month. The stamp set and coordinating punch can be used both as an apple and a pumpkin. Here, Dawn Seelhoff has created a card for offering thanks, focusing on the colors of Pretty Peacock and Gray Granite.
Thanks for stopping by today. Please let me know if you have questions about how this card was created. Click on any of the graphics below to be taken directly to my online store where you can shop 24/7.

Hello Stampers!
I initially purchased three packages of Stampin’ Up!’s 12 x 12 Come to Gather Designer Series Paper. It’s filled with an array of fall themes and images, but I never thought I’d use it all. Well, I did. And, I’m waiting for two additional packages to arrive next week. Today, I wanted to create some thank you cards to send to my Paper Pumpkin subscribers and was forced to create something with just the scraps I had. This is the result.
I CASEd the layout and design from a card I received from Kathryn Collison for World Card Sending Week. In addition to the Come to Gather DSP, I used the sentiment from Good Morning Magnolia and the limited-time only Gold Shimmer Ribbon. The colors of the card stock are Merry Merlot and Early Espresso. Just a quick and easy card that’s oh so pretty in person.

Stampin’ Up! Country Home and Rooted in Nature
Hello Stampers!
Last night, I had the opportunity to stamp with an awesome group of teenage girls in Queen Creek, Arizona. Their creativity just blew me away!
I cut the pieces and showed them, step by step, how to create this card with rubber stamps, ink, and paper. But some of the ways they changed the card to make it their own were just amazing. (I should have taken some photos, but we were too wrapped up in crafting.)
The card starts with a Crumb Cake base, on top of which is a piece of the Come to Gather Designer Series Paper. We stamped the stump image from Rooted in Nature with Soft Suede ink onto Very Vanilla card stock. We then added two leaves punched with the Cherry Cobbler card stock and the Leaf Punch. On top of that, we inserted a small slice of the Come to Gather DSP. And, finally, we stamped the sentiment (perfect for this month of gratitude) in Soft Suede on Very Vanilla card stock.
It was fun stamping with a group of girls who let their creativity flow.
I’m headed back in December to stamp on wooden tree ornaments and create a Gold Foil gift box.
Thanks for stopping by today!

Stampin’ Up! Spooktacular Bash
Hello Stampers!
Just a couple more days before the ghosts and goblins hits the streets October 31, 2019. ! Here’s a fun Halloween card created by Kimberly Stanke using Stampin’ Up!’s Spooktacular Bash stamp set, coordinating Ornate Frames Dies, and the Monster Bash Designer Series Paper.
It might be hard to tell from the photo, but this is a fun fold card. It opens using the circle/tag on the bottom right-hand corner. The Crushed Curry base measures 11 inches by 4 1/4 inches. The 11-inch side is scored at 1 1/2 and 7 inches and is folded “in” to create a card front. The Designer Series Paper pieces measure 4 x 3 3/4 and 4 x 1 1/4. Kimberly added a fun tag and an embellishment from the Monster Bash Enamel Shapes.
Thanks for stopping by today! (I’m off to the store to restock the Halloween candy.)
