Did you know a brand-new Stampin’ Up! Annual Catalog is on the way soon? As a customer, you can order from it beginning May 3, 2022. That seems a long time to wait, doesn’t it?
In the meantime, Stampin’ Up! is offering a sneak peek of a bundle from the upcoming catalog. The Waves of Inspiration Bundle. This bundle ($51.25) — Waves of Inspiration stamp set and Waves Dies — is available for purchase now and will also be available in the new catalog.
In addition to this stamp set and dies, you can get your hands on some beautiful coordinating Waves of the Ocean Designer Series Paper, Blue Foils Specialty Paper, and Rhinestone Waves Basic Jewels. These are available only while supplies last.
Please enjoy a sampling of cards I created with this beachy collection of products. Be sure to check out the video (Facebook Live replay) showing a host of other Waves of Inspiration Card Samples.

I think most of us paper crafters share a love of all things paper. From the colorful to the sparkly, to the rich and regals, we all love patterned paper. It’s easy to collect, and it’s easy to hoard.
It’s a quick and easy card I designed for a recent team meeting. It also uses Stampin’ Up!’s Basic White Note Cards and Envelopes — Twenty precut and prescored cards and envelopes for $7.00. The sentiment comes from the Flowing Flowers stamp set.
I just love the gold accents and the combinations of color. Also, notice the new, unique sizing — 4 x 6.
So far, I’ve purchased three packages of this paper and have used the bulk of it. It was the star of the show at my recent Stampin’ Bunco event. With this paper I created:
Three cards to make during the event.
Coordinating acetate card box.
A treat packet welcome gift. See this post for a video and directions and sample.
Decorated bag to hold all of the goodies.
Abstract Beauty Card Samples
Decorate Stampin’ Up!’s Acetate Card Boxes, fill them with cards and envelopes and give as a gift.
I used Stampin’ Up!’s Tailor Made Tags Dies to create this simple and easy tag to adorn this bag.
Thanks so much for visiting my blog today. I hope you’ve enjoyed the projects using Stampin’ Up!’s Abstract Beauty 4 x 6 Specialty Designer Series Paper.

I love treat packets! It’s so much fun creating them, filling them with goodies, and giving them out! I’m always on the lookout for a new and different design. I came upon this one while browsing Pinterest and changed the Designer Series Paper to fit my theme. (Be sure to watch the video at the end of this post to see how I made this.)
Here’s another example of a treat packet I made with Stampin’ Up!’s Hey Sports Fan 12 x 12 Designer Series Paper.

Cactus Cuties Card Samples
This card uses patterned paper from the 6 x 6 2 In Color 2021-2023 Designer Series Paper Assortments. These are also available in 2020-2022 In Color Assortments as well as Brights, Regals, Subtles, and Neutrals. I selected Polished Pink, Evening Evergreen, and Soft Succulent.
Stampin’ Up!’s large color palette makes it easy to stamp the cactus in a variety of colors. It offers a lot of green hues: Granny Apple Green, Mossy Meadow, Old Olive, Garden Green, Shaded Spruce, Soft Sea Foam, Pear Pizzazz, Mint Macaron, and Just Jade. Imagine all of the possibilities!
The card above uses Pear Pizzazz, Garden Green, and Poppy Parade.
The clean and simple card above uses a strip of Designer Series Paper from SaleABration’s Sunshine & Rainbows. (You might have a package of this laying around.)
I chose the color combination of Crushed Curry and Cajun Craze for the card above and used Stampin’ Up!’s note cards. Precut and scored, you receive 20 cards and envelopes for $20. Very easy to use to create a lot of cards in a hurry.
Another with the easy note cards. Love the little glimmer flowers.

Flowing Flowers Spring Card
Spring calls for flowers. The Flowing Flowers stamp set found in Stampin’ Up!’s January-June 2022 Mini Catalog is perfect for a spring-themed card. I love the flower images but also the sentiments. (However, the sentiment on this card comes from the Timeless Tulips set found in the Annual Catalog. I had to go with the spring theme!)
Here are a few details about this card.
Color palette: Mango Melody, Melon Mambo, and Pool Party
Randomly stamp images on Basic White card stock in three colors
Emboss this piece with the Tasteful Textiles 3D Embossing Folder
Layer this on coordinating card stock
Tie a bow with the Pool Party 3/8″ Sheer Ribbon
Stamp one large flower in Mango Melody and fussy cut with Paper Snips
Lightly sponge Mango Melody ink around the flower edges
Use dimensionals to pop up the flower on the card front
Cover flower with Wink of Stella
With a Melon Mambo Stampin’ Write Marker, color just the words “Happy Spring” on the sentiment from the Timeless Tulips stamp set on a piece of scrap Pool Party card stock. (I just happened to have a scrap piece from the Sunshine & Rainbows Designer Series Paper out on my crafting table.)
Adhere to the front of the card.
Color three Basic Pearls with the Light Melon Mambo Stampin’ Blend and adhere to the front of the card
I hope you enjoyed today’s card. Be sure to visit all of the blogs on the hop. Leave a comment with the hashtag #stampitcontest to win a free Looking Up card kit. Congrats to last month’s winner: Judy Bennett.
