Do you ever need a quick card like yesterday? You need the easy button! For me, that’s Stampin’ Up!’s Memories & More Card Packs. For today’s Mother’s Day card, I use the Mixed Media Florals Memories & More Card Pack with just a few add ons. The card pack includes 50 double-sided printed cards for quick card fronts and pocket scrapbooks plus 4 sheets of stickers to embellish your projects.
The cards and the stickers allow you to create a variety of cards — everything from birthday to thank you to thinking of you and even this Mother’s Day card with the “You’re Amazing” sticker.
Measurements and Details
From the stack of cards, choose the card with the grid in the middle surrounded by Shy Shamrock stripes. With your paper trimmer, cut this piece to 5 1/4 x 4.
Adhere to a Shy Shamrock card stock base measuring 8 1/2 x 5 1/2, scored and folded at 4 1/4
Select the larger tulip image from the sticker sheet and place on card front, as shown in the photos.
Find the “You’re Amazing” sticker sentiment, and layer it on the card.
Include a couple of flower stickers and a ladybug.
Tie a bow with 8 inches of the Shy Shamrock 3/8-inch Bordered Ribbon and place on card front with a Glue Dot.
Place a 5 1/4 x 4 piece of Basic White card stock to the inside of the card. Write a nice message!
The sentiments and images in the pack work well for quick and easy cards that you’re proud to send out.
Thanks so much for visiting my blog today. I hope you enjoyed this “easy button” project.
Need more inspiration? Look for the list near the end of this post. Leave a comment on each for a chance to win the Birthday Sparkle Kit.
Congratulations to last month’s winner: Michele Deschenes

This month, we feature cards and projects with a Mother’s Day theme. Today, I share a handmade greeting card using the fractured card technique or faux shutter technique.
Mother’s Day Fractured Card Technique
There are several ways to accomplish this technique. I chose the simplest. Here are some basic measurements to get you started.
Basic Black cardstock base measuring 8 1/2 x 5 1/2, scored and folded at 4 1/5
Designer Series Paper measuring 5 1/4 x 4 (I used the retiring Delightfully Eclectic, but many other patterned papers work well)
Four cardstock strips matching your card base measuring 5 1/2 x 1/4
A Basic White square (I die cut mine with the Stylish Shapes Dies)
Sentiment and ink of choice (I used the “So Happy to Celebrate You from the Layering Leaves stamp set for the outside and the Happy Mother’s Day from Perennial Lavender for the inside. Flowers come from Petal Park stamp set.)

Today, I share a nontraditional Mother’s Day card. Since moving to Mesa, Arizona, almost three years ago, I am fascinated by cactus. You can imagine I love Stampin’ Up!’s Cactus Cuties Stamp Set and the coordinating Cactus Builders Bunch. Find these products on page 66 of Stampin’ Up!’s January-June 2022 Mini Catalog. Buy them as a bundle and save 10 percent.
Cactus Cuties Mother’s Day Card
I used the slimline card design.
The base measures 8 1/2 inches x 7 inches. Score at 3 1/2 inches.
Paper choices include Melon Mambo, Granny Apple Green, Artfully Composed 12 x 12 Designer Series Paper
Sentiment comes from the Happy & Heartfelt Stamp Set

My card features Stampin’ Up”s Dressed to Impress Bundle ($47.50) which includes the Dressed to Impress stamp set and coordinating All Dressed Up Dies. Great news: The stamp set and dies are included in Stampin’ Up!’s next Annual Catalog which debuts June 3. Purchase them as a bundle now to receive a 10 percent discount. This duo won’t be discounted in the next catalog.
I’ve really had fun playing with all of the elements in the bundle. It’s perfect for so many reasons. Here ‘s a basic look at how this card goes together:
Blackberry Bliss card base
Best Dressed 6 x 6 Designer Series Paper (5 1/4′ x 4′)
Mint Macaron Scallop Circle (largest of the group)
Stamped sentiments with Memento Ink
Whisper White 5 1/4′ x 1 1/4′
Blackberry Bliss layer 5 1/4′ x 1 1/2′
Stamped shoes with Stamparatus using Hinge-Step Stamping (see sample video here)
Stamped additional shoes on Whisper White scraps and die cut
Colored shoes with Stampin’ Blends
Added sequins for fun!
Please let me know if you have questions about this card or any other stamping issues.

Welcome to the April Stampin’ Friends Blog Hop where I’m featuring a card for dog moms.
Thanks for joining us on this hop. Be sure to visit all of the blogs and leave a comment. Follow along using the links at the bottom of this post. It’s a great lineup of cards and projects.
We’re celebrating moms for Mother’s Day. I know there are a lot of dog moms out there, so I decided to have a little fun with Stampin’ Up! products. I’ve created a card for moms of our furry friends!
Best Dressed 6 x 6 Designer Series Paper (#151319 – $11.50)
Dressed to Impress stamp set (#151666 – $18)
Stitched Shapes Dies (#145372 – $30)
Layering Ovals Dies (#141706 – $35)
Little flowers from the Detailed Deer Framelits (#147915 – $34)
I love Stampin’ Up!’s color coordination. The Best Dressed Designer Series Paper uses a host of complementary colors, and I chose Petal Pink and Mint Macaron for a more feminine look.
And, we need a treat bag to accompany the card.
Treat Bag
I followed the same color scheme and used the same basic products as the card to create a fun, little bag filled with dog treats. The 3 x 9 Printed Gusseted Cellophane Bags (25 bags for $7 – #151312) provide a perfect receptacle for treats like this and the Scallop Tag Topper Punch makes it quick and easy to create a tag.
