Today, I’m sharing a Tree Angle Winter Card Sample. Scroll to the end of the post for a how-to video.
As paper crafters, I think we can agree we all love paper — all kinds of paper! It always catches my eye first in the catalog. I especially love Stampin’ Up!’s Balmy Blue Glimmer Paper and the Plush Poinsettia Specialty Paper. Find them in the August-December 2020 Mini Catalog.
I wanted to use them both in the same card. I die cut the trees using Stampin’ Up!’s Stitched Triangles Dies
To create a winter scene, I layered the trees on Balmy Blue Card Stock embossed with the Winter Snow Embossing Folder. The sentiment comes from the Tree Angle Stamp Set.
In addition, I created my own colored ribbon using the Balmy Blue Stampin’ Blends and the Whisper White Crinkled Seam Binding. This works as both a winter and a holiday card.
Be sure to watch this video that shows how the card goes together. Hop over to my YouTube Channel and subscribe. I add one video a week featuring different techniques and cards.

Thanks for joining us. This month, the participating stampers focus on Halloween, fall, and outdoor greeting cards and projects. Visit all of the blogs and leave a comment. Look for a list of participating stampers after the information about the card and project.
I love this set’s versatility. It contains sentiments and images for Halloween, fall, Thanksgiving, Christmas, general treat giving, and even weddings/engagements/anniversaries.
The Little Treats Box Dies uses a 6 x 6 sheets of card stock. Run it through the Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine just once. It comes out in one piece, all ready to put together.
In addition to the Little Treats stamp set and dies, I used the following products:
A fun combination of Gorgeous Grape and Pumpkin Pie.
The sparkly Black Glimmer Paper and Glittered Organdy Ribbon.
Cobwebs 3D Embossing Folder.
Stitched Shapes and Layering Circles Dies.
Pearl colored with Black Stampin’ Blends.
Thanks for stopping by. Please let me know if you have questions about these projects or any other stamping question.
