Going to the mailbox is exciting when you’re expecting your monthly shipment of Paper Pumpkin, Stampin’ Up!’s all-inclusive crafting kit. Say good-bye to the bills and junk mail, and say hello to a fun and easy crafting experience.
Paper Pumpkin Monthly Crafting Kit
Each month, each cute box contains all the ingredients you need to complete the project, including:
an exclusive stamp set;
a mini ink pad;
coordinating die cuts, labels, stickers, and embellishments, as needed;
instructions; and
adhesives.
(Stampin’ Up! includes an acrylic block when you order your first kit. That block works for all future Paper Pumpkin kits and projects.)
The graphic above shows the supplies from September’s kit, which allows you to create 12 treat boxes that can be made in a variety of designs–from pumpkins to apples. Use the ink pad, stamp set, and kit extras to create alternate projects, like the ones I made below.

It’s not a secret that Stampin’ Up!s rubber stamps, ink, paper, and embellishments create beautiful, handmade greeting cards. But, I also love making gift packaging.
I made this gift ensemble for my team member, Gina Caravetta, to recognize her for being able to attend BackStage@Home, Stampin’ Up!’s leadership gathering. We attended virtually this last weekend, we received a host of tools to grow our teams and businesses and met other demonstrators from throughout the world.
Summer Shadows Dies Gifts
For this present, I used Stampin’ Up!’s Summer Shadows Dies. Earn these dies free during the SaleABration promotion with an order of $100 before tax and shipping. (Offer good through September 30, 2021, or while supplies last.) Be sure to check the brochure with the above link to view the other nine items you can receive free (with minimum purchases) during this promotion. The offerings include exclusive stamp sets and fantastic packages of Designer Series Paper.
These dies coordinate with the Shaded Summer stamp set found in Stampin’ Up!’s Annual Catalog on page 75.
I used a color combination of Night of Navy, Melon Mambo, and Granny Apple Green with a touch of Pool Party.
The packaging, available in the Annual catalog, includes the 4 1/4″ x 5 1/2″ inch acetate card boxes, the 3 1/8″ x 3 1/8″ acetate card boxes, and the 6 x 8 cellophane bags. I created the cute little bottle holder from a video I found online. All-in-all, the coordinating products make it so easy to create something cute and fun.

With the start of June, summer officially begins! What treat says summer? Ice cream. (Who I am kidding? Anytime of the year is a good time for ice cream!)
In fact, June 7 marked National Chocolate Ice Cream Day. I created a fun shaker card to share using Stampin’ Up!’s Sweet Ice Cream stamp set and Ice Cream Cone Builder Punch.
This bundle first appeared in Stampin’ Up!’s January-June 2021 Mini Catalog. The good news: It’s also found a spot in the brand-new 2021-2022 Annual Catalog.
However, a few products used to create the Sweet Ice Cream shaker card (card design inspired by Kim Allen) retire at the end of June (or while supplies last). These include:
Ice Cream Corner Designer Series Paper
Blackberry Bliss Stripe Ribbon
Ice Cream Corner Sprinkles
As of today’s post, these items are all still available. Click here to view the Last Chance Product List. Some items offered at discounts up to 50 percent off. While supplies last. Another great way to shop the last chance list is to go directly to my online store at kimquade.stampinup.net and view the discounted items there.

White top piece die cut with Tasteful Labels: 3 1/2 x 4 3/4

I recently returned from Stampin’ Up!’s incentive trip to Maui! What a treat! The weather was beautiful, and the company spoiled the earners and their guests. I truly thank all of my friends, customers, team, and supportive husband for this awesome opportunity.
The event focuses mainly on relaxing, recharging, and connecting with other demonstrators. We didn’t have any planned stamping events, but we did exchange swap cards. To participate, I made 26 of one card. (See my card here.)
Then, we receive 25 different cards back! It’s so fun to see the variety of ideas presented by other demonstrators. (Review the video of the cards I received here. Hint: the card showcase takes place near the end of the video.)
Expressions in Ink Gift Card Holder
I really liked a card I received from Selene Kempton; it doubles as a gift card holder. I changed up the Designer Series Paper and the sentiment to make it my own.
Dimensions to cut the card stock, working from the top down:
4 1/4 x 2 3/4 — your choice of Designer Series Paper
4 1/2 x 3 — colored coordinating card stock
7 1/2 x 4 3/4, scored at 1 inch and 4 1/4 inches — white “base”
5 1/4 x 3 3/4 — colored coordinating card stock mat
1 x 4 3/4 — Designer Series Paper for the inside trim piece
Gift Card Holder Inside
Be sure to watch the following video for a visual look at how this unique gift card holder goes together.

Tuesday, May 4, 2021, can’t come soon enough! Stampin’ Up!’s new 2021-2022 Annual Catalog debuts that day! My wish list is long.
As a demonstrator, I was able to preorder from a selected list of products. This list included these In Color Ombre Gift Bags (get twenty bags — four each of five colors — for $6). They feature Stampin’ Up!’s brand-new 2021-2023 In Colors (from left): Pale Papaya, Soft Succulent, Polished Pink, Evening Evergreen, and Fresh Freesia.
In addition, I:
used the Brilliant Wings Dies to die cut coordinating butterflies from the new 2021-2023 In Color Shimmer Vellum. This stuff is gorgeous! I am in love! (Purchase the stamp set and dies as a bundle and save 10 percent.)
embellished with the coordinating Open Weave Ribbon; and
added an embellishment from the 2021-2023 In Color Jewels.
Hint: I used the Stamparatus to stamp the image on the bags. This allowed me to stamp the whole stack in a short period of time.
