It’s always fun to give a sweet treat to loved ones on Valentine’s Day! Gift cards and/or cash work well, too. In today’s post, I give instructions for creating a Valentine-themed gift card holder.
I use a variety of brand-new products from Stampin’ Up!’s brand-new January-April 2026 Mini Catalog. Be sure to watch the video below to see a visual of how this comes together.
Measurements and Details
Cherry Cobbler cardstock base measuring 5 1/2 x 4 1/2
Basic White cardstock panel measuring 5 1/4 x 4, embossed with the Hearts of Love 3D Embossing Folder
Cherry Cobbler cardstock measuring 3 1/4 x 9, scored at 4 1/2
Love Notes 6 x 6 Designer Series Paper (heart pattern) measuring 4 1/4 x 3

Love Notes 6 x 6 Designer Series Paper measuring 3 x 1 3/4. You can choose from a variety of the sentiments offered in the Designer Series Paper pack. Many of them are designed to be cut and used separately. See the graphic of the DSP pack above.
For the inside of the gift card holder: Basic White cardstock 4 1/4 x 3 and Loves Notes DSP piece measuring 4 1/4 x 2, notched with 2-inch circle punch. Stamp sentiment from Endless Love Stamp Set with Cherry Cobbler inkn.

A sentiment or image of your choice for the front. I used Stampin’ Up!’s Textured Notes Dies and the Layered Thoughts stamp set. Stamped with Night of Navy ink.

Halloween lovers take note! Today, I’m sharing a fun Halloween card using a fun fold — the gate fold with a belly band. In addition, I use a fun element called a “wobble.” Be sure to watch the video below to see how this card comes together and how the wobble works.
