Here are some instructions to help you make the featured card at home:
Lost Lagoon card stock base measuring 8 1/2 x 5 1/2, scored and folded at 4 1/4
Calypso Coral card stock panel measuring 5 1/4 x 4, embossed with the Damask Designs Embossing Folder
Basic White card stock panel measuring 4 1/4 x 3 1/4.
Stamp flower on the right-hand side with Memento ink. Color with Lost Lagoon, Calypso Coral, and Daffodil Delight Stampin’ Blends.
Stamp sentiment in Calypso Coral ink
Add a piece of Beautiful Gallery 6 x 6 Designer Series Paper measuring 4 1/4 x 3/4 to the white panel, on the left-hand side.
Wrap a piece of Linen Thread around this piece and tie a box.
Pop up on front panel with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
Add three Pressed Flowers Motifs gems.
Here’s another sample using one of the partial die cuts from the Gallery Blooms Dies.
For this next card, I stamped the flower image with Memento ink, colored with Stampin’ Blends, die cut, and adhered to the card. I used the frame die to create the frame of Bubble Bath and Basic Black and embossed it with the Damask Designs Embossing Folder.
And, here’s one more! I stamped the flower with Secret Sea ink (one of the new In Colors) directly onto a piece of the Beautiful Gallery 6 x 6 Designer Series Paper. Added lots of die cut pieces using the Textured Notes Dies.
I hope you’ve enjoyed these samples. Like I said above, this collection lends itself to so many possibilities.

Have you seen the Stampin’ Spots? The mini ink pads that come in the Stampin’ Up! Paper Pumpkin kits and the Kits Collection? Be sure to keep them and use them for other projects.
Though small in size, they lend themselves to a variety of techniques. Today, I showcase a handmade greeting card where I used the spots to create a fun background.
Measurements and Details
Coastal Cabana card stock base measuring 8 1/2 x 5 1/2, scored and folded at 4 1/4
Basic White card stock panel measuring 5 1/4 x 4
Randomly stamp Basic White card stock panel with different colors of Stampin’ Spots. I used Daffodil Delight, Basic Grey, and Coastal Cabana.
Heat emboss the sentiments from Simply Said and add to card front.
Add Neutral Matte Dots.

In the new 2025-2026 Annual Catalog (which debuts May 6, 2025), the Classic Stampin’ Spots assortment comes with two options:
Assortment 1 includes Real Red, Petal Pink, Garden Green, Cloud Cover, and Early Espresso.
Assort 2 includes Melon Mambo, Darling Duckling, Granny Apple Green, Fresh Freesia, and Basic Grey.
You may also purchase a set of uninked spots (six pads for $10) to create your own mini pad. Just fill with any of Stampin’ Up!’s refills and you’re good to go. Choose from any of Stampin’ Up!’s fifty ink colors.
A couple of tips regarding using the Stampin’ Spots:
Wrap a rubber band around the little container. This keeps the lid from falling off and drying out the pad.
Store the spots upside down to keep the ink toward the top of the pad.

The second option includes the Stampin’ Spots. Find these in Paper Pumpkin kits as well as select kits from the Kits Collection.

In today’s post, I share two cards I created using the Classic Stampin’ Spots. The first card features the large Simple Birthday sentiment. The second card showcases the Thanking You Photopolymer Stamp set. Be sure to watch the video below to see how this technique works.
Measurements and Details (Birthday)
Gorgeous Grape card stock base measuring 8 1/2 x 5 1/2, scored and folded at 4 1/4
Gorgeous Grape card stock panel measuring 5 1/4 x 4, embossed with the Dotted Circles 3D Embossing Folder
Basic White panel measuring 5 1/4 x 4, die cut with the Textured Notes Dies
With the stamp facing up on your craft table, apply ink from the spots directly onto the stamp. Start with the lighter color first. Then add your second color. Stamp on Basic White Card Stock panel. I used Gorgeous Grape and Flirty Flamingo.
Use Stampin’ Dimensionals to pop up the birthday sentiment.
Here’s a thank you card using the same technique. This card uses Daffodil Delight and Coastal Cabana ink spots. Check out the cute background: The Pattern of Friendship Die.
