Welcome to the November Stampers Dozen Blog Hop! Thanks so much for joining us. We’re glad you’re here. This month, we focus on the theme of gratitude. It’s perfect for this month of Thanksgiving. Be sure to visit all of the blogs on the hop to gain inspiration for your November crafting.
This month, I use Stampin’ Up!’s Changing Leaves Bundle in conjunction with the baby wipe technique (See another post using a different stamp set with this same technique. Click here to view.)
Card Details
Here are a few details about how I created this card:
Very Vanilla Card stock: base measures 8 1/2 x 5 1/2, scored and folded at 4 1/4. Another piece measuring 5 1/4 x 4.
Do you give gift cards as gifts? If so, you need a way to package them! In today’s post, I share an idea for a z-fold gift card holder using Stampin’ Up!’s Reindeer Days products.
This fun and festive Reindeer Days Suite Collection features a variety of reindeer-themed stamps, dies, and coordinating products. Although the cute little reindeer pictured above looks like it might be difficult to create, it’s not! Be sure to watch the video below. I show you how quickly this little guy goes together.
(Note: Those cute Peppermint embellishments pictured in the bottom left corner have been super popular and have been in and out of stock since the September-December catalog went live.)

I don’t know the official count of how many days are left until Christmas. But, I do know, I should start to prepare!
Gift cards have become popular present options. And, it’s nice to have a fun wrapping mechanism for them. A look at Pinterest shows so many gift card holders in an array of designs. Today, I show you one of those: a pop-up gift card holder.
Here’s what the inside looks like:
Here are a few measurements to help you get started:
Real Red card stock measuring 4 1/4 x 10, Score at 2, 5, 6, and 7, 1 inch x 7 inches
For the sentiment, I used the Season’s Greetings from the Greetings of the Season stamp set. I die cut it with a circle from the Stylish Shapes Dies and layered it on Real Red and Garden Green circles.

A few weeks ago, Stampin’ Up! CEO Sara Douglass shared a cool technique on her Facebook page: heat embossing on glimmer paper. I don’t have the products she used, but I wanted to try it. It’s just so fun, and, well, glittery! It really packs a wow!
Currently, Stampin’ Up! offers four different packages of glimmer paper. That gives you a whole slate of choices to try this technique yourself. And, you may have some glimmer paper in your stash.

I really enjoy making little treat boxes and bags to give as class favors, party favors, and gifts to friends. Stampin’ Up! makes this easy with the array of products it offers. In today’s post, I use the Book Treat Boxes to make a gift card holder or candy holder.
Aren’t they super cute? They remind me of the Lifesaver holders from when I was a kid. Find these Book Treat Boxes in the September-December 2024 Mini Catalog. The plain white design allows you to customize these any way you like. You receive 10 boxes for $10.
Here are a few simple directions to help you get started:
Sentimental Christmas (or patterned paper of your choice) measuring 9 3/4 x 4 1/4
Sentimental Christmas image punched with 2 3/8″ circle punch
Pretty Peacock card stock die cut with circle from the Stylish Shapes Dies
Pretty Peacock & Gold 3/8″ Metallic Ribbon (about 9″ to tie a bow)
Petal Pink and Pretty Peacock Foiled Gems
Self-adhesive Velcro dots
Imagine all of the ways these can be decorated with different papers, images, and embellishments.
Sentimental Christmas Designer Series Paper
This festive patterned paper features traditional holiday images: holly and berries, candles, snowflakes, candy canes, Christmas trees, and more! Fussy cut individual elements for quick accents. Or cut the lantern and candy cane paper into six pieces to make quick card fronts. This paper was hand-drawn in colored pencils for original designs you won’t find anywhere else.
In addition, with each purchase of the Sentimental Christmas Designer Series Paper, Stampin’ Up! will donate $3 to support children’s literacy around the world.
