Hello Stampers!Even though the Balloon Pop-Up Thinlits are retiring from Stampin’ Up!’s Occasions catalog (page 5 and they are on sale for $16.50), I wanted to use them to show the versatility. I thought this was a perfect graduation treat! The candy bar is wrapped in a piece of Basic Black card stock. Attach a gift card to the back and you have a quick, easy, and fun gift!
I cut a piece of the Soft Suede Designer Series Paper from the Neutrals Designer Series Paper Stacks (almost looks like gold) at 6 inches by 7 1/4 inches. I ran the piece through the Big Shot using the Balloon Pop-Up Thinlits. I folded on the score lines and attached the ends together at the back with Stampin’ Up!’s Tear and Tape. I stapled the bottom together to hold the candy bar.
It’s adorned with gold balloons — both foil and glimmer paper — as well as a black balloon embossed with the Lucky Stars Embossing Folder (retiring).
I just think it’s so fun and festive!

Hello Stampers! It’s that exciting time of year when students are graduating from high school and college and are off to new adventures. I’ve started making cards to honor these special people.
This card uses Stampin’ Up!’s Number of Years stamp set and coordinating Large Numbers Framelits. I embossed a 5 1/4 x 4 inch piece of card stock with the Lucky Stars Embossing Folder (retiring). I then layered the numbers, stamped in Memento Black and then cropped, on top of the base.
The sentiment comes from Teeny Tiny Wishes (one of my favorite sets) and it’s punched out with the Classic Label Punch. I created the cap using the Layering Squares Framelits with Silver Foil paper and the tassel from the Balloon Framelits (retiring).

Hello Stampers!OK, I admit it: I am a flamingo fanatic. I have flamingo socks. I have flamingo lawn ornaments. I have light-up flamingos. I have flamingo jewelry. So Stampin’ Up!’s Pop of Paradise set is perfect for me. It’s been awhile since I’ve inked it up, but it sure is fun. I am also pleased to see it will carry-over into Stampin’ Up!’s next catalog.
Of course, the technique for this card occurred to me in the middle of the night.
I started with a sheet of Shimmery White card stock. I inked the flamingo with Versamark and stamped it on the paper. I then heat embossed it with White Embossing Powder. Using the Aqua Painter, I applied a light wash of water and then dipped the tip in Flirty Flamingo ink and washed it over the flamingo. I let it dry before adhering to a piece of Basic Black card stock.
I then stamped the thank-you image in black and fussy cut it. I adhered it to the front of the card with Glue Dots. The background paper is a piece from the 2016-2018 In-Color Designer Series Paper Stack. Although it’s being retired, it is still available to order.
I then added a bit of of Solid Black Baker’s Twine to finish it off.

Hello Stampers!I love making treat packets for classes and for customers. When I saw a post by Janet Wakeland showing a version of this, I knew it was perfect. It uses the Balloon Pop-Up Thinlits Dies that can be found on page 5 of Stampin’ Up!’s Occasions Catalog. The good news is that this pop-up thinlit is 50 percent off; you can get this fun die for just $16.50. Get yours now because it’s being retired!
I cut a piece of Whisper White card stock 7 1/4 inches by 6 inches and ran it through the Big Shot using the thinlit. I first added color with the coordinating Balloon Adventures stamp set. I folded the card on the score lies and adhered it in the back with Tear ‘n Tape. I then stapled the bottom together. It makes the perfect holder for a full-size Hershey candy bar. How perfect is that?
