Even though the Balloon Pop-Up Thinlits are retiring from Stampin’ Up!’s Occasions catalog (page 5 and they are on sale for $16.50), I wanted to use them to show the versatility. I thought this was a perfect graduation treat! The candy bar is wrapped in a piece of Basic Black card stock. Attach a gift card to the back and you have a quick, easy, and fun gift!
I cut a piece of the Soft Suede Designer Series Paper from the Neutrals Designer Series Paper Stacks (almost looks like gold) at 6 inches by 7 1/4 inches. I ran the piece through the Big Shot using the Balloon Pop-Up Thinlits. I folded on the score lines and attached the ends together at the back with Stampin’ Up!’s Tear and Tape. I stapled the bottom together to hold the candy bar.
It’s adorned with gold balloons — both foil and glimmer paper — as well as a black balloon embossed with the Lucky Stars Embossing Folder (retiring).
I just think it’s so fun and festive!
