A Fall Thanks!
Hello Stampers! As promised, here is the second card we created in last week's Seasonally Scattered class. It was fun to show all of the attendees a new technique that I picked up from Susan Itell. It was really cool to get the multicolored look with this stamp, Ink the image in Crushed Curry. Dip a sponge dauber in aBlackberry Bliss Classic Stampin' Pad. Then dab it all over the Crushed Curry. For last week's class, I decided to make a wedding card with this set using a layout I saw both at convention and from Kimberly VanDiepen. Feeling Flamingo Happy!
Hello Stampers!Flamingos make me smile! That's probably because they conjure images of summers and beaches and carefree fun! I wanted to create a card to thank a friend for the gift of some fun flamingo beach chair clips. The Flamingo Lingo set is the perfect choice. In addition to sporting cheerful images, it is this year's Ronald McDonald House stamp set. What that means is that Stampin' Up! donates $3 from the sale of each of these sets to the Ronald McDonald House Charities. To date, Stampin' Up! has contributed more than $1 million to RMCH. I used a variety of other Stampin' Up! products to make this "summery" card. Work of Art Stamp...
