Hello Stampers! Even though the Balloon Pop-Up Thinlits are retiring from Stampin' Up!'s Occasions catalog (page 5 and they are on sale for $16.50), I wanted to use them to show the versatility. I thought this was a perfect graduation treat! The candy bar is wrapped in a piece of Basic Black card stock. Attach a gift card to the back and you have a quick, easy, and fun gift! I cut a piece of the Soft Suede Designer Series Paper from the Neutrals Designer Series Paper Stacks (almost looks like gold) at 6 inches by 7 1/4 inches.
