It’s been a tough winter for many people with snow and cold and power outages. It’s time to look forward to spring. For me, spring says flowers. I may not be a good gardener or tender of flowers, but I love to look at them.

Stampin’ Up! offers a variety of flower-related stamp set and products. I go in streaks with what I use and play with. My current focus is the elements of the Fine Art Floral Suite found in Stampin’ Up!’s January-June 2021 Mini Catalog.

The Art Gallery stamp set and Floral Gallery Dies lend themselves to a variety of styles and techniques. The stamp set includes a sentiment for many different occasions.

The large flower image is a two-step stamp, which means that it takes two different stamps, or steps, to complete the image. For this stamp, you can experiment with different color combinations, changing the look and feel of the flower. Today’s card uses Daffodil Delight and Blackberry Bliss to complete the flower image.
