Hello Stampers! This is a fun project to kick off 2016 — a tear-off desk calendar to keep track of the months and dates of the year. (Thanks to Liz Miller for the inspiration!)
I started with a Basic Black background and accented it with a fun sheet of paper from the It’s My Party Designer Series Paper Stack that debuted in the new Spring Occasions catalog. The other colors include Crushed Curry and Melon Mambo. The flower embellishment (with matching Flower Medallion Punch) comes from the Crazy about You stamp set from the Annual Catalog.
This makes a great gift or project for anyone.
Enjoy!

Hello Stampers!Last week, volunteers from the Lincoln Community Woman’s Club met with me for our monthly card-making day to benefit our local Make-A-Wish chapter. I donate the supplies and they donate the labor. A win for all of us. We give the completed cards to Make-A-Wish and they, in turn, send the cards to families, wish kids, volunteers, and more.
This is one of the cards we made last week. It features several new products from Stampin’ Up!’s Occasions Catalog which debuts January 5. The stamp set is called Party Wishes. I thought the sentiment (one of 11 stamps in the set) was perfect for our purposes. The background paper is a piece from the It’s My Party Designer Series Paper Stack. I love the colors and the designs in this pack. You get 48 double-sided sheets of 12 x 12 paper for $26. I’m already working my way through this one!
I’ve been distributing copies of the Occasions Catalog to customers. If you don’t already have a demonstrator and would like a copy of the catalog, please contact me! You won’t want to miss the fun products introduced in this new catalog!
Happy stamping!

Hello Stampers!I just love that Stampin’ Up! products can be used to create a variety of projects — from cards, to treat packets, to scrapbook pages and even home decor. I created this fun frame filled with a variety of gold accents. All of the products can be found in both Stampin’ Up!’s Annual Catalog and the Holiday Catalog.
I started with a Basic Black base and used two-inch squares of Gold Foil paper — adding unique accents to each square. The featured stamp set is the Flurry of Wishes and the coordinating Snow Flurry Punch. You’ll also notice Snowflake Elements, gold embossing, gold glimmer paper, gold doilies, and pieces from the Winter Wonderland Designer Vellum Pack.
Enjoy! Happy stamping!
