Spring Tulips! (Wish They Were Here!)
Hello Stampers! In real life, these lovely flowers should be blooming soon. (I'll have to enjoy them from the neighbors' yards because I've never planted any bulbs!)However, this Blessed Easter stamp from Stampin' Up! allows me to enjoy the tulips whenever I want, and I can make then any color I want.In this case, I chose Daffodil Delight. (What a striking Basic Black and Daffodil combination!) With SU!'s Classic Stampin' Pads and Blender Pens, it's easy to create your very own colorful flower garden. MDS to the Rescue
Hello Stampers!Often, after setting up at a craft show, I get calls from people who have special requests for handmade cards. One customer needed some 3 x 3 cards for her daughter's upcoming kitchen shower.I scoured through my stamp sets and I couldn't find anything that would work. So I logged onto MDS (My Digital Studio), Stampin' Up!'s digital scrapbooking software. I did a quick search for "kitchen" and found the Now You're Cookin' set. It was just $1.95! I printed out the images in Stampin' Up!'s coordinating colors and then embellished the cards. Way easy and way fun! If you just want to try MDS, we offer a 30-day free trial...

Last Blast from the Past
Hello Stampers!I'm still in Florida with my mom and dad. We've had some beautiful days and we've been able to enjoy Clearwater Beach. It's good to have some downtime to read books and relax. But my mind is always on stamping! Here's a card I created and sent out in 2010. The Chocolate Bunny has been a favorite of mine, and I still have him in my collection. I'm pretty sure I embossed him and cut him out by hand. I wanted this card to look like the chocolate Easter bunnies in the stores. It's a fun card!Meanwhile, I need to be thinking about this year's Easter design!
