She’s certainly all dressed up with someplace to go! Possibly out for a nice dinner on Valentine’s Day? These Dress Up Framelits (#130101–$24.95) are so fun to play with; they almost come alive on your card! I’ve used an idea gleaned from Patty Bennett to make the skirt; it uses a cupcake liner. And, when it comes to cupcake liners, there is no end to the choices of colors and styles. I thought this liner matched Stampin’ Up!’s Real Red and exuded a real, festive flair.

To create the cupcake liner skirt, fold the cupcake liner bottom in half, being careful not to ruffle the top liner. Ease the folded end into a 1 3/8-inch punch about half way and punch. Essentially, this cuts out the bottom of the liner and leaves you with the “corrugated” sides. Trim the paper into four pieces, and you have four skirts. Adhere to your framelit base, and dress her up!
