The Fourth of July doesn’t rate high as a holiday for which to send cards, but it sure is fun to create cards around the theme. This card uses Stampin’ Up!’s Kinda Eclectic stamp set with Real Red and Night of Navy ink. It features the technique called triple-time stamping. Email me and I’ll give you the dimensions of the card stock so you can create this card at home.

Just a week from today we’ll be celebrating the Fourth of July. I had to create a card to commemorate the day. There are several fun features here: the Sunburst Thinlit trimmed with the Layering Circles Thinlits and embossed with the Lucky Stars folder, the white swirly image, and the silver glimmer star. Looks like a mini fireworks display!

The volunteers were here again helping to create cards to donate to the local Make-A-Wish chapter. Although it looks like it might be a lot of work, it went together very well. Gotta love Stampin’ Up!’s coordinating sets and punches!

The card features a brand-new set called Confetti Celebration. I grabbed the “splotch” from Swirly Bird and the banner frame from Thoughtfu Banners. I’ve used three of the new In Colors: Flirty Flamingo, Dapper Denim, and Emerald Envy. See a list of the supplies below.

Night of Navy is one of my favorite Stampin’ Up! colors. When I saw the new catalog and the Floral Boutique suite, I was in love. Here, I’m using the Floral Boutique Designer Washi Tape and the new Night of Navy Baker’s Twine as well as Night of Navy card stock and ink.

I was inspired by a card I saw on Georgia Guigerre’s siteand decided her layout and washi tape design would work for almost any card.

This card looks so elegant in person. The suite also offers a new package of Designer Series Paper (Night of Navy), a stamp set, and coordinating dies. I cannot wait to find some time to play with these!
