Merry Christmas!

Picture

Hello Stampers!

Merry Christmas and happy holidays to all! Sharing one last Christmas card. It’s always a little sad when the holiday “creating” season comes to an end. There are so many fun products and so many fun and festive things to make.

This “spinner” card, created by Beth Doty (inspired by Linda Cullen), uses Stampin’ Up!’s Seasonal Chums Bundle. The stamp set and coordinating framelits dies are available separately through May 31. (However, if you’d like to receive a 10 percent discount on both, order before January 2.) The Be Merry Designer Series Paper is also a key feature of this fun card. This is available in Stampin’ Up!s Annual Catalog.

Thanks for stopping by today! Enjoy your time with friends and family.

Tiny Treats

Picture

Hello Stampers!

One of the things I love to make the most using my Stampin’ Up! goodies is treat boxes and packets of any kind. It’s so fun to give them away!

I created these for the board members of a women’s networking group to which I belong. I started with the Clear Tiny Treat Boxes that measure 2 x 2 x 2. You get 16 boxes for $7.50. I then embossed a 6 x 2 piece of Champagne Foil with the Holly Textured Impressions Embossing Folder. It fits neatly into the box. I added some shreddi (available in Stampin’ Up!’s upcoming Occasions Catalog) and finished it off with Silver Metallic Edge Ribbon.

The Merry Wishes (from the Oh, What Fun stamp set) was stamped in Smoky Slate and attached to the ribbon with Silver Baker’s Twine (also available in an upcoming catalog).

I added a Lindor truffle and I had a cute and fun little gift.

These boxes are perfect for a lot of things. Can you see them on the table at a wedding or a bridal or baby shower?

Thanks for stopping by today!

A Tradition Continues Tonight

Picture

Hello stampers!

My hubby is in the kitchen carrying out a tradition on my side of the family. For as many years as I can remember, my Italian grandmother and mother dusted off the pizzelle machine and made cookies for the holidays. Most of the cookies were given to neighbors, friends, and co-workers.

So, as my husband drops the dough onto the machine and presses the cookies, two by two, I am packaging them. Stampin’ Up! makes it so easy to create packaging the showcases these beautiful, and delicious, cookies!

I started with the 6 x 17 Gusseted Cellophane Bags. It holds a dozen cookies nicely. The tag uses the Merry Little Labels stamp set. Don’t you think the “Eat, Drink, and Be Merry” sentiment is perfect? I embossed this in gold and backed it with Stampin’ Up!’s Gold Foil Paper and Foil Snowflakes. Then I created a tag with the Year of Cheer Specialty Designer Series Paper. It’s just so elegant. I wrapped it up with the gold 3/8-inch Metallic-Edge Ribbon.

A few of these products are retiring and won’t be available after January 2 – including the Foil Snowflakes, Year of Cheer Designer Series Paper, and the Merry Little Labels stamp set. Click on the graphics below to order these supplies before they’re gone!

Thanks for stopping by! I wish you could smell the aroma from those cookies. I might just have to steal one!

All that Glitters!

Picture

Hello Stampers!

I couldn’t resist using Stampin’ Up!’s glimmer paper for the card I sent to my team members. It’s just so shiny and pretty with the Dazzling Diamonds, Gold, and Red Glimmer Paper. I also like the pop of gold with the Gold Foil.

The card features Santa’s Sleigh stamp set and the Santa’s Sleigh Thinlits as well as the Softly Falling Embossing Folder. Good news! All of the ingredients used to create this card are available through May 31 in Stampin’ Up!’s Annual Catalog.

Deck the Halls and Free Shipping!

Picture

Hello Stampers!

I can’t believe Stampin’ Up! is offering FREE SHIPPING again today! That’s twice in the last three weeks. What a great opportunity to get those items you’ve been thinking about — no matter how big or how small. The offer ends today at 11:59 Mountain Time. Order directly from my online store. Or, I would be happy to place the order for you!

The products Niki Green used to create this gale fold card (see the inside of her card below) are being retired. I have to say, I used the Carols of Christmas set a lot. I go for the large sentiments, as they can stand alone. The other feature of this classic card is the Merry Little Christmas Designer Series Paper. I love the addition of the black rhinestone.

Thanks for stopping by today. Please let me know if I can help in any way!
