In my last post, I experimented with heat embossing the large branch image from Stampin’ Up!’s Nature’s Symphony stamp set in white. I just love the outcome. So why not heat emboss the branch image in gold? It’s equally stunning.
Find Nature’s Symphony Photopolymer Stamp Set in Stampin’ Up!’s January-April 2026 Mini Catalog. Purchase it in a bundle with the dies and save 10 percent.

How to Heat Emboss
Rub the Embossing Buddy across the surface of the paper you are wishing to emboss.
Ink the stamp with Versamark Ink.
Press the stamp on to the paper.
Pour the Wow! Embossing Powder on top of the image. Shake off the excess.
Use the Heat Tool to heat the image. In some cases, you get a sharper image when you apply the heat to the back of the paper.
Do not over heat.
This technique, especially when applied to the Designer Series Paper, really packs a punch.
I hope you enjoy this card. Please let me know if you have any questions about this or any other stamping-related project.

I’ve been working with Stampin’ Up!’s Nature’s Symphony Bundle for more than a month. And, for me, it’s a bundle that just keeps giving and giving. Just when I think I’ve exhausted most of the possibilities, I find more.
In today’s card, I combine the large image from the stamp set with the heat embossing technique. And, the result is striking.

Stampin’ Up!’s Nature Walk Suite Collection was designed with nature in mind. The Nature Walk 12 x 12 Designer Series Paper contains a more neutral color palette, and the bundle lends itself to creating masculine cards.
I wanted to change the look a little bit. And for today’s card, I created something with color in it using a simple ink blending technique. (Inspired by Pam Dolan.) Be sure to watch the video below to see all of the details.
