Hello Stampers!
When Stampin’ Up!’s Annual Catalog first came out in June, I absolutely fell in love with the Floral Boutique Designer Series Paper. I am smitten with the Night of Navy and Whisper White combination. I bought a couple of packages, made a couple of projects … and then hoarded the paper! (Will anyone else admit to hoarding their favorite paper?)
