I know I’m jumping ahead a few months! I made this card for a team challenge and I wanted to share a coupe of techniques I used. The challenge was to create a fall card using Very Vanilla, Island Indigo, and Crushed Curry.
The background brick wall was created using Stampin’ Up!’s Embossing Paste. I stirred in a few drops of Crushed Curry Ink Refill and spread the paste over the Brick Wall Pattern Party Decorative Mask. Such a coll technique.
The big leaf was made using the baby wipe technique. I squirted drops of Crushed Curry, Island Indigo, and Cajun Craze Ink Refills onto a baby wipe, letting the colors meld with each other. I then used the stamp from the Vintage leaves set and inked it with the baby wipe. Then, I stamped on my Very Vanilla card stock and cropped it with the Leaflets Framelits.
