Hello Stampers!   When you first take a glance through Stampin’ Up!’s new Occasions Catalog, you may think the Meant to Be Bundle on page 6 is for Valentine’s Day only. I’m here to tell you (and show you), it’s not.   I created this beautiful anniversary card using the Be Mine Stitched Framelits, Stampin’ Up!’s Gold Foil, and gold heat embossing.
