Sheltering Tree to Say Thank You
I am so glad the Sheltering Tree photopolymer stamp set is included in Stampin’ Up!’s new catalog. Talk about versatility. It comes with fourteen stamps that help you create a card for every season! Inspired by a card from Wendie Bee that I saw posted on Pinterest, I made a card with a serene summer scene. I love the “see-through” quality of the stamps; it makes it so easy to place each image exactly where you want it.
I’m always in need of thank-you notes, so I pulled the sentiment from the Something to Say set. And, the starburst image from the Kinda Eclectic set makes the perfect sun.
I mass produced a bunch of these and need to get them in the mail.(Tip: To create the two-toned look of the tree, I stamped the big leaf image in Pear Pizzazz. With the Mossy Meadow Stampin’ Write Marker, I “thumped” the wide tip randomly over the image and stamped onto the Whisper White card stock.)
Here’s an up-close look at the Sheltering Tree set. Click on the images below this graphic to see the products I used to make this card ad to purchase the set directly from my online store.

Treat Bag Ensemble
It appears I’m on a roll this week with Blackberry Bliss, treat bags, and treats. This ensemble features the Painted Petals stamp set (only a couple of more days to purchase this before the Occasions catalog expires June 2). I highly recommend purchasing the photopolymer version of this set. The see-through quality of the stamps makes them so easy to align!
The treat on the left is made with the Scallop Tag Topper Punch. Cut a piece of Designer Series Paper measuring 5 1/2 by just under 2 inches. Score at 2 5/8 and 2 7/8 and fold. Punch each end with the Scallop Tag Topper Punch. Insert Ghirardelli chocolate and secure with a ribbon. Decorate accordingly.
The bag on the right is created with the Mini Treat Bag Thinlits Die and the In Color Background Designer Series Paper Stacks and topped off with some of the Blackberry Bliss Satin Ribbon. It’s a bit hard to see but I added some gold sequins from the Gold Sequin Trim for some bling!
I put the chocolate treat in the bag and included a free class pass and a list of my upcoming classes!
Enjoy!
