Let There Be Peace on Earth!

Picture

Hello Stampers!

Let There Be Peace on Earth! I believe this is an appropriate caption for this beautiful card created by friend and fellow stamper Ruth Grosscup. Wow! Is it beautiful! Ruth embossed a piece of Gold Foil with the retired World raveler embossing folder. She affixed to some Basic Black Card stock. The “peace” was die cut in Real Red using the Christmas Greetings Thinlits.

Thanks for sharing, Ruth!

Enjoy!

It’s Beginning to Look a Lot Like Christmas!

Hello Stampers!

Quick. Easy. Fun. Love this card inspired by Libby Fens. It uses the Snow Place stamp set and coordinating framelits (found in Stampin’ Up!’s Annual Catalog). It went together very quickly and it is oh, so cute! Just a little bit of stamping and a little bit of die cutting and the card is finished. (As a side note: I used a couple of sheets of Designer Series Paper from the Serene Scenery paper stack for the snow background.)

Remember, Stampin’ Up! is having a clearance sale. Be sure to check my online store to get in on the deals — some items up to 60 percent off. All of the items are listed under Year-End Closeout.

Holiday Gift Packaging Made Easy

Picture

Hello Stampers!

Welcome to December and the holiday gift-giving season. Stampin’ Up! makes it so easy to dress up any ordinary gift bag. I gave this bag filled with goodies to each of my team members who attended OnStage with me. It was so fun to decorate with a  variety of supplies.

I started with the Tin of Tags stamp set. I just love that set for the variety of sentiments. And, guess what? That set is on sale! It’s $16.80. Although the Designer Series Paper, Candy Cane Lane, is sold out, you could use any coordinating papers. I also love the Red Glimmer Paper, the doilies, and the gold clips.

I just love how everything works together to make a great package!
