I needed a gender-neutral baby card so I grabbed a stamp set I’ve had for awhile but haven’t used. Crazy! I need to put it to use because it has a lot of complementary images and sentiments for a great variety of occasions.

Just a note on the doily. It’s the Lacy Doily found on page 51 of Stampin’ Up!’s Occasions Catalog. These are cool because they are Very Vanilla on one side and Whisper White on the other. Well, I wanted something with a bit more color. So I applied Tangerine Tango ink with the great sponge brayers. Love the color combination in the Party Animal Designer Series Paper pack. And, you cant forget about the Stitched Shapes Framelits Dies. The little stitching around the edge just adds so much.

My hubby asked me to make him a St. Patrick’s Day card for a friend. I thought green beer would be a good choice using the Mixed Drinks stamp set. I paired that with the sentiment from Teeny Tiny Wishes. (I think Teeny Tiny Wishes is a must-have stamp set. It offers a sentiment for almost every occasion!0

I pulled out the Emerald Envy card stock, coordinating paper from the In Color paper stack, and the Emerald Envy marker. I applied a bit of Wink of Stella to the froth to add a little sparkle!

This is my contribution to the team swap. I paired the Sale-A-Bration set Avant Garden with the Falling in Love Designer Series Paper. (Love that paper!)  I thought the butterflies on the beautiful paper went well with the Fluttering Embossing Folder. And, of course, I had to play with the Stitched Shapes Framelits Dies.

Here’s that cool set, Hey Chick! The images lend themselves to a variety of layouts and designs. Here, Dawn Seelhoff uses both the crazy chick and the egg along with the Carried Away Designer Series Paper. She also dry embossed a piece of Basic Gray cards stock with the really cool new folder, Hexagons Dynamic Textured Embossing Folder.
