Hello Stampers!
While I look out my window in Lincoln, Nebraska, with the snow and freezing rain, I dream of being on a beach – something like the scene created for these cute treats. Last night’s in-home class featured Stampin’ Up!’s Waterfront stamp set created by million-dollar achiever Connie Heisey. This set lends itself well to making mountain and beach scenes and everything in between.
I gave these treat packets to each attendee and we created four cards. The stamps give a water coloring effect so it’s forgiving. The stamping doesn’t have to be perfect.
Thanks for stopping by today. Hope you have your little piece of paradise!

Hello Stampers!
Aren’t these critters super adorable? They look like they are having so much fun! My team member, Patty Kreifels, created a celebratory scene using a variety of Stampin’ Up! products including We Must Celebrate, Brusho Crystal Colour, Watercolor Pencils and Blender Pens.
The stamp set is available in Stampin’ Up!’s Occasions Catalog. There’s still time to get your hands on this cute set and create with your own critters.
Thanks for stopping by today. Check below to see the products Patty used to make this card.

Hello Stampers,
There are just so many awesome new stamp sets in Stampin’ Up!s Occasions Catalog, including this one, Friendship’s Sweetest Thoughts. My team member, Beth Doty, pulled it out to create this stunning card.
She stamped the image in Memento Ink and colored with Stampin’ Up!’s Watercolor Pencils. It’s just so pretty!
This card is part of a team swap held this month. Our members created cards using products from the Occasions Catalog and shared them. Would you like to join?
Stampin’ Up!’s Sale-A-Bration is a great time to do this. Choose $125 worth of product for just $99. And, choose two additional stamp sets of any value free. This is all shipped free. Then, just start enjoying your discount to create beautiful cards and projects. Please let me know if you have questions. The special runs through March 31.
Becoming a part of Kim’s Paper Krafters is a lot of fun. I offer monthly team meetings (which are broadcast on FB live) where we always complete a fun project. Our team Facebook page offers tips, samples, support, and challenges (with prizes).
Thanks for stopping by today.

Hello Stampers!
Had a lot of fun playing with Stampin’ Up!’s Brusho Colour Crystals in this weekend’s class. This card uses the pieces from our practice color palette (see the photo below).
Brusho comes in five colors: Brilliant Red, Gamboge (an orangish hue), Moss Green, Prussian Blue, and Yelllow.
Just to have the guests get a feel for the colors and use of, we applied water to watercolor paper with Stampin’ Up!’s Aqua Painters. We then sprinkled the Brusho onto paper and water and watched the magic happen. (The Brushos activate when they hit water.) These little swatches just gave us a good idea of what each color could look like. You get a different result each time depending on the amount of water and crystals used. (See photo below.)
I was brainstorming for a way to use these little pieces. I decided to use the Stitched Shapes Framlits Squares to cut a portion of the color. I then adhered four of the five onto a piece of basic black card stock. I layered this onto a piece of Shimmery White paper I had on the table. I picked up the Perennial Birthday stamp set for the sentiment and “dot” pattern in Dapper Denim.
The Brushos are an awesome technique for creating backgrounds and washes. This is just one of the many examples of the cards made with these fun crystals.
Thanks for stopping by today! I hope you get a chance to play with Brushos!
