I love Stampin’ Up!’s Sale-A-Bration sale! When I first began stamping, I saved my Christmas cash and birthday money. I splurged during Sale-A-Bration and earned all of the offerings as well as the hostess sets. In past years, this sale occurred just once a year. Now, it’s two times each year. Two times to earn free paper crafting products with minimum orders. That’s exciting!
Last week, I played with the Counting Sheep stamp set and Sheep Dies. See that post here. This week, I focus on the Delicate Dahlias stamp set. It’s so gorgeous. The sentiments work perfectly for a variety of occasions. Grab this set free with a $100 purchase (before tax and shipping).
The card above also features the Penguin Playmates Designer Series Paper (available free with a $50 order before tax and shipping).
Here’s a closer look at the stamp set.

It’s exciting that Stampin’ Up! offers TWO Sale-A-Bration sales this year. It gives the ability two times each year to earn FREE product with qualifying purchases of $50 and $100. You choose from exclusive stamp sets, Designer Series Paper, and die cuts. I love these 10 offerings and can’t wait to show you projects in upcoming posts. Sale-A-Bration starts today — Tuesday, August 3, 2021 — and runs through September 30, 2021.
Today, I’m sharing a few cards created with the Counting Sheep stamp set and Sheep Dies. (Just a note: the Sheep Dies are available while supplies last. If they are a must-have for you, get them sooner rather than later. Free with a $50 purchase before tax and shipping.) Click here to see a PDF of the Sale-A-Bration brochure.
This layout reflects one I’ve used for two other cards recently. It’s fun to see the same design but with different products and themes. See one post here.

Triangle Santa Hat Card
Like most card makers and crafters, all the beautiful paper attracts my attention, including Stampin’ Up!’s Red Velvet found on page 63 of Stampin’ Up! August-December Mini Catalog. You get two sheets of 12 x 12 soft flocked card stock for $6. It works well for both punches and dies. I decided to have some fun with it and created a Santa hat! In fact, I couldn’t decide on some of the elements, so I made two.
This first card includes:
Pear Pizzazz card stock base
Heartwarming Hugs Designer Series Paper cut at 5 1/2 inches by 4 1/4 inches
Pear Pizza layer cut at 5 inches by 3 1/2 inches and embossed with Subtle Embossing Folder
Pom pom created with Small Bloom Punch and run through the Tasteful Textile Embossing Folder
Hat band created with piece from Rectangle Dies and run through the Tasteful Textile Embossing Folder
Letters die cut with Playful Alphabet Dies and Red Velvet. (I attached Adhesive Sheets to the dies before running them through the Stampin’ Cut & Emboss machine. That makes it easier to apply letters to the card front.)
Red Rhinestone embellishments
Thanks so much for stopping by today! Be sure to visit all of the blog to grab some paper crafting inspiration.

Fold the Crumb Cake Card Stock in half.
Using Glue Dots or adhesive of choice, adhere the World of Good Specialty DSP pieces (map design) to the coordinating sized Brass Foil sheets.
Attach the smaller layer on top of the larger layer, positioning it on the left-hand side of the card.
Place a Glue Dot on each end of one of the pieces of Cinnamon Cider ribbon. Wrap the ribbon around the map/foil layers, adhering the Glue Dots to the back of the card about two-thirds of the way down the card.

Die cut a scallop circle from the Brass Foil with the Layering Circles.
Using Glue Dots or adhesive of choice, layer the circle sentiment onto the foil.
Add Stampin’ Dimensionals to the back of the sentiment and pace it on the front of the card, in the lower right-hand corner, on top of the ribbon.
Adhere the piece to the Crumb Cake card base.
Slip the remaining ribbon under the ribbon on the card front. Create a faux bow by tying a knot. Trim with snips.
