Simply Zinnia Double Z Fold
Today, I’m sharing a Double Z Fold design fun fold using Stampin’ Up!’s Simply Zinnia stamp set and the coordinating Flowering Zinnias Designer Series Paper. Find these as part of Stampin’ Up!’s Online Exclusives. I just love the bright and cheery colors in this paper; it makes it so easy to create eye-catching and beautiful cards.
Here are the measurements for the card stock and Designer Series Paper (working from the bottom up)
Highland Heather card base measuring 11 x 4 1/4, scored and folded at 5 1/2
Lemon Lime Twist (to make the z fold) measuring 9 3/4 x 4, scored at 5 1/4 ad 7 1/2
Designer Series Paper measuring 5 x 3 3/4 and 3 3/4 x 2
Basic White card stock 4 1/4 x 2 3/4 for stamped image — colored with Stampin’ Blends (Highland Heather, Granny Apple Green, and Lemon Lolly)
Highland Heather card stock measuring 4 1/2 x 3 to layer stamped image
Highland Heather card stock 3 3/4 x 1/2 for sentiment heat embossed with white
This design allows the card to stand up and be displayed.

Each month, I host a virtual team meeting for all levels of my Stampin’ Up! team of Kim’s Paper Krafters. We celebrate birthdays and acknowledge Stampin’ Up! anniversaries, promotions, and achievements; catch up on Stampin’ Up! news and promotions; and create a mystery stamping project.
Today, I’m sharing our April mystery card. It’s called the Book Binding Z Fold, and it’s something I found on YouTube and Pinterest. It uses Stampin’ Up!’s Simply Zinnia stamp set and the Flowering Zinnias 12 x 12 Designer Series Paper. These products are part of Stampin’ Up!’s Online Exclusives, a large selection of products found only on the online store. Visit the store often to see what’s there.

Birthday card using Flowering Zinnias Designer Series Paper
Designer Series Paper. It’s the one crafting item I have a lot of. In fact, I collect it; I love it. And I want to use it. Can you relate?
This fun design allows me to showcase all the pretty patterned paper in a fun and unique way.
In today’s post, I share this sketch in conjunction with Stampin’ Up!’s Sweetly Scripted Stamp Set and a variety of its current Designer Series Papers. Please note: Most of these paper designs are retiring soon. So grab what you want before it’s gone. In addition, find the Sweetly Scripted Stamp Set online; it’s part of Stampn’ Up!’s Online Exclusives. I really appreciate the breadth of sentiments offered, including the ones I frequently use.
Split Triangle Card Design
Here are a few details about this design:
Card base of choice measuring 8 1/2 x 5 1/2, scored and folded at 4 1/2. I tried to choose a lighter color background so I could stamp directly onto the card base.
Designer Series Paper measuring 4 x 3. With your paper trimmer, turn your DSP on an angle and trim from the top right corner to the bottom left corner. This gives you two pieces.
Coordinating card stock measuring 4 1/4 x 3 1/4. Again, turn this on an angle and trim from the top right to the bottom left corner.
Adhere both pieces together. Glue works best as it gives you some wiggle room while getting the DSP in place.
Add to card front with one triangle in the upper left corner and the other in the bottom right.
Stamp desired sentiment with coordinating ink in the space between the two triangles.
This birthday card uses Stampin’ Up!’s Rock & Roll Designer Series Paper with the Sweetly Scripted Stamp Set.
Perennial Lavender 12 x 12 Designer Series Paper with Sweetly Scripted Stamp Set
