Summer Nights by Paper Pumpkin

Celebrate the magic of summer nights with the Summer Nights Paper Pumpkin Kit. In this exclusive, fun-filled kit, you’ll unbox enough supplies to create nine postcard-style cards, coordinating envelopes, and die-cut tealight bags. A monthly kit is just $22 + tax per month (shipping is included).

What’s even more spectacular about July’s kit is the add-on you can purchase with it. The Summer Nights Add-On ($10) includes 24 card bases and envelopes in coordinating Summer Nights designs. This add-on is perfect for helping you expand the Summer Nights creative experiences beyond the kit itself. Between the add-on and the leftover supplies from the kit, you’ll be crafting a summer night worth celebrating all month long!

Don’t miss out on the fireworks, fireflies, and fun! Subscribe to the Summer Nights Paper Pumpkin kit before July 10. Contact me to order the add-on.

Over the Moon Thank You

Stampin' Up! Over the Moon

Stampin’ Up! Over the Moon

Hello Stampers!

It’s almost as much fun getting handmade cards in the mail as it is creating them! This card came from my team member Kathy Blume. It features the Over the Moon stamp set (so stinkin’ cute), the Buffalo Check background stamp, and We’ll Walrus Be Friends stamp set. It’s a lot of fun mixing and matching stamps and products from different sets.

And, if you like a little bit of coloring, the cow is a fun image to be creative with. Use your Stampin’ Write Markers, your Stampin’ Blends, or watercolor pencils.

Thanks for stopping by today. Click on any of the graphics below to be taken directly to my online store where you can purchases these 24/7. Please let me know if you have questions.

Thanks,

Kim

Party Till the Cows Come Home!

Stampin' Up! Over the Moon, Follow Your Art Designer Series Paper

Stampin’ Up! Over the Moon

Hello Stampers!

Stampin’ Up!’s Annual Catalog has been live two weeks! There are so many fun stamp sets it’s hard to know where to start. If you love animals or cows, Over the Moon is a fun one. And, look, you can color the cows any color you want. Who’s judging?

This is a “fun fold” card, though I’m not exactly sure what the name of the fold is. I do know it doesn’t look like my typical cards! But here’s how you create it. Cut an  8 1/2 x 11 inch sheet of card stock down the middle vertically. Your piece then measures 4 1/2 x 11. Score it at 5 1/2 inches. Then, trim a piece 2 3/4 inches from one end. That piece becomes the “swing” piece. It should measure 4 1/4 x 2 3/4 inches.

Stamp the cow image and the sentiment with Stazon Ink on a piece of Whisper White card stock cut at 4 x 2 1/2 inches. I colored the cow with a variety of Stampin’ Writer Markers, including: Crushed Curry, Calypso Coral, Pacific Point, and Coastal Cabana. These are the coordinating colors in the Follow Your Art Designer Series Paper. I used that paper for the accents on the Crushed Curry base. One piece is cut at 2 1/2 x 4 inches (adhere to front flap) and another is 1 x 4 inches (adhere to Whisper White insert that’s cut at 5  1/4 x 4 inches and taped to the Crushed Curry base).

Adhere the stamped image to the Crushed Curry piece. Using Dimensionals, pop it up on the small, “swinging” panel.

It’s always a bit difficult to write the directions instead of showing. If I get requests, I could show how this card is made on a Facebook Live.

Thanks for stopping by today. Please let me know if you have questions!
